I am a Registered Psychotherapist and graduated from the Spiritual Psychotherapy (Jan 2018) and Spiritual Director (June 2017) programs at Transformational Arts College. I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I offer Psychotherapy in Georgetown to individual clients looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to help them navigate through their overwhelming feelings and challenges (anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues and life transitions). Some of the techniques I use to help my clients are: Talk Therapy; Reiki; Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping; Inner Child Work; Mindfulness; Meditation; Visualization and Body Psychotherapy.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and rediscover the joy that you once had in your life, as well as help you regain some control.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you manage and possibly overcome these symptoms through several different techniques.
Individual relationship counseling can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held as an individual session and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
